Frequently asked questions

How does the order process work?


You can either contact us through the consultation form [link] or call directly [phone link]. After this you will be connected with our catering director to discuss:

  • Which types of food you prefer.
  • Plated or buffet style event?
  • Would you like a bar? Appetizers?
  • Will any other items need to be rented? (chairs, tables, linens, glassware, etc.)
Next, our catering director will come up with a proposed menu for your event. Once the menu is approved, we also offer an option to schedule a tasting.




What precautions/changes have we made during the current COVID-19 pandemic?


ALL Pastiche team members wear masks and gloves and we adhere fully to the CDC’s recommended COVID-19 guidelines for restaurants and catering businesses. We are equipped to do both boxed meals for businesses and full-service events. We now recommend having staff members serve the buffet rather than “serve yourself”. We also implemented a rotation style service where there are two groups of servers, one who serves and one who clears.




Are there vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options?


At Bono’s and Pastiche Catering, the following dietary needs can be accommodated:

  • Gluten Free
  • Lactose Free
  • Vegan
  • Vegetarian




How far in advance should I reach out to place my order?


We request at least 4 business days’ notice for orders up to 25 people. For larger parties, the earlier the better.




What if I want to change my menu?


No problem! Once you’ve secured your event date with a deposit, you’ll have the freedom to adjust your menu and services as desired until 30 days prior to your event date.




Where can you cater?


We can cater at any location that allows caterers. This includes public or private locations, parks, beaches, recreation centers, churches, venue spaces, etc.




Do you have a minimum order?


Because our menus are 100% customized, we do ask for a $500 minimum.




Can you arrange rentals?


Yes, we can handle all of your rental needs and will take care of the ordering, pick up, on-site management, handling, and return. Additional staff, on-site hours, and handling fees may apply. We can talk through all of these options on the initial consultation call.
